GENERAL DEFINITION
Electronics Equipment is a product or apparatus that has its primary functions provided by electronics circuitry and components – i.e., semiconductor devices (e.g., integrated circuits, transistors, diodes), passive components (e.g., resistors, capacitors, inductors), and electro-optical components (e.g., CRTs, LEDs, CCDs, lasers, etc.), sensors (e.g., transducers, MEMs devices) and electronics packaging (e.g., printed circuit boards, connectors).
